The Business and Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC) is a free service offered by Oxfordshire County Council that provides support to new and existing businesses or anyone with a business idea in Oxfordshire. They offer a range of services such as co-working desks, meeting booths, market research databases, workshops, and events. The BIPC Oxfordshire has over £5 million pounds worth of databases, including contact lists of contact details for all the companies and directors in the UK, market research analysis, and the UK’s most accurate retail location data. They also provide 1-to-1 business planning sessions and support, increasing sales and reducing risk.
